Shipping Policy

At Designly Done, we want your new pieces to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes approximately 5-7 business days depending on your location.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We offer free international shipping on orders over $250. For international orders under $250, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

International delivery times vary by country, but typically take 7-21 business days after shipment. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing or shipping costs.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT (Mountain Time) or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

During high-volume periods such as holiday seasons or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We'll always keep you informed if there are any delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you created an account, you can also view your order status by logging in at designlydone.com.

If your tracking information hasn't updated within 48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us and we'll look into it.

Shipping Carriers

We ship with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on package size, weight, and destination to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery.

Large or Oversized Items

Some furniture and oversized home decor items may require special shipping arrangements. If an item in your order requires freight or white-glove delivery, we'll contact you after purchase to coordinate the details. Any additional shipping costs for oversized items will be communicated before we ship.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@designlydone.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s). We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Please save all original packaging materials until the issue is resolved, as carriers may require them for a damage claim.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package still can't be located, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS for standard-sized items. Oversized items and furniture may require a physical street address for delivery.
